Our challenge
Formed by Molecular Biologists, Fluorogenics is a research company with laboratories and manufacturing facilities based within one of Europe's prestigious Lifescience Research and Development centres. We were asked to develop a brand identity for this startup company that could showcase what they do, whilst also being flexible and adaptable to cater for future products they develop.
The solution
In order to visualise the scientific process that Fluorogenics uses for it products we researched thoroughly the process of Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). By researching the PCR process we were able to design an identity with a scientific based foundation that symbolises the process this in a graphical way which is bold, clear and translate effectively as a logo device.
The results
By creating a stylized symbol for Fluorogenics, it then provided a catalyst for us to develop more product symbols for the company. These are now used on all the Fluorogenics collateral including the website, exhibition stands, brochures and packaging.
