Our challenge
Piccolo Property is a Salisbury based letting agents that offers a range of letting services for landlords. Having already designed a succesful website for Piccolo that has enhanced their online presence, we were then tasked with developing on the style we created and translating that to print.
The solution
Taking the playful style and colours of the logo, we created a typographical visual that uses the ‘i’ of the logo and interacts that element with typography to give a graphical area of interest. This device was then carried through to the stationery and landlord guide packs.
The results
The fresh, clean and playful look has resulted in an increase of sales and lettings for the organisation, giving Piccolo an attractive and effective range of marketing material.
