The challenge
Carter May approached us to create an identity for their new estate agency in Salisbury. As a start up business they were keen to demonstrate their professionalism, smart thinking and hard working attitude and to be the natural choice for anyone looking to sell or rent their property. The identity had to work well on their showroom signage, sales boards, printed property details, across the website and on Rightmove and the other property portals.
Our solution
Having refined a number of concepts we agreed on a design that worked well on black as well as white with a bright green key-line that looked elegant yet striking on signage. The logo design was backed up with a number local photographs, graphic and typographical styles that complimented each other.
The results
We have created many design items for Carter and Mays' print and digital items as well as helping with the online marketing and overall usability of the website. Within a year of starting Carter & May have established themselves as leading agents in the Salisbury and surrounding area. We enjoy a strong working relationship that is helping to promote their services and grow theie brand recognition in the community.
